With our flat fee MLS listing packages your home will receive the same online distribution that it would if you hired a top real estate agent. When we list your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), your listing is automatically fed to hundreds of local and national real estate websites, giving you increased exposure to motivated buyers.
So instead of paying a huge commission fee at closing, you only pay the buyer’s agent commission if the buyer is represented by an agent and a small upfront fee instead of the listing agent commission. All while getting the same level of exposure and support that a top agent would give you.
Our flat fee listing process is simple to follow:
Fill out the property form on this site with basic information like full name, mailing address, phone number, email, property address, property type, legal owner’s name on property title, how you heard about our site, etc. and then you will submit that form for us to review.
After we review your submission of the property form and approve it, then we will email you the listing documents, property questionnaire, disclosures, etc. pertaining to your property type via DocuSign.
You will need to review, fill in, initial, and sign the documents and submit. You will get an email from DocuSign with a copy of all signed documents.
After you complete all documents via DocuSign, we will review and then send you a link back to our site where you can choose a listing package, optional services, and make payment via PayPal (a PayPal account is NOT required to make payment).
You will then email us the photos for the listing per our photo guidelines if you don’t choose the professional photos option. Submit high-resolution photos to us at email@example.com. If you chose the Gold package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org a few days and times that work for you so we can schedule the photographer.
In most instances, your listing will be live on the MLS within 48 hours of our acceptance of a listing agreement and our receipt of all related listing documents, payment, and photographs of the property.
Thereafter, your listing will appear on many other online real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. (We do not control how long it will take for third-party sites to post the listing). We will email you a copy of the listing sheet once the listing goes live on the MLS to verify accuracy. Unlimited listing or price edits included at no cost. Email changes to email@example.com. Please mention property address and MLS listing # in all email correspondence.
We will order the yard sign to be installed (and removed) by a professional sign installation company at your property within 5 business days. The sign will have our corporate phone number and a dedicated extension that redirects calls directly to you. Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT publish your personal phone number and email address on the listing. We will receive all emails and forward them to you.
You have the option to either be present at all showings and allow the buyer’s broker to show the home or place a lockbox with the key in it. We can provide a standard combination lockbox or a SentriLock for an additional charge as mentioned on the packages page.
All showings are scheduled using ShowingTime - a professional scheduling service software on the MLS where a buyer’s agent can make showing requests. You will receive all showing requests for your confirmation by email, text, and/or phone.
We will receive and present all offers to you, assist you in communicating, negotiating, and presenting counteroffers; and answer all your questions. All this at no additional charge to you!
